Our Goal is to communicate with you. Classic Buicks does not sell or share any information given to us by our customers. Any information you provide is kept confidential. We respect your privacy! This is Our Pledge to You.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
All orders must include payment in U.S. Currency drawn from a U.S. Bank. We will charge for only the products and shipping/handling. All additional fees, such as taxes or customs duty, are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery time to you is subject to shipping method and product availability at the time we receive your order .
VISA, MASTERCARD, MONEY ORDER or CASHIER’S CHECK
Orders with these forms of payment are shipped ASAP, subject to current stock availability. Credit card charge backs are viewed the same as a returned check and a $20.00 service fee will be charged to your order. No additional orders will be accepted until the matter is resolved.
PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECK
Orders paid by check are held for a full two (2) weeks from the date they are deposited in our bank for check clearance and bank confirmation. A $20.00 service fee applies to all returned checks and no additional orders will be accepted until the matter is resolved to Classic Buicks full satisfaction.

Also please note that we cannot ship Rush, or 1-2-3 day Air orders.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
1. All returns or exchanges MUST be pre-authorized by Customer Service before sending product back. There will be a 15% restocking charge on parts returned due to no fault of our own.
2. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund, except special order items and electrical parts.
3. All returned items must be in exactly the same package/box that you received them in, clean, unused and in new condition ready to go back in stock.
4. Return the item to us postpaid. (Delivery Confirm & Insure is suggested)
5. Include a copy of your invoice with a complete explanation why you are returning the part. Remember, pre-authorization is required. When you contact us, we will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Always check the content of your shipment for damage prior to acceptance from the carrier. If you receive a damaged shipment, even if the damage is concealed within the packaging, you must first notify the carrier immediately to initiate a damage claim and then contact Classic Buicks within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment if you require further assistance.
You must retain all packaging materials, merchandise and invoices as required by the common carrier to process your damage claim. All shipments are F.O.B. Dallas, Oregon. Responsibility for your shipment lies with the carrier once it is accepted from our shipping department. You may contact Classic Buicks for assistance only after you have filed your damage claim with the common carrier.
Always check the contents of your shipment against your invoice to verify that all parts ordered are received. Check the invoice for parts that are on back order prior to making a shortage claim.
If a shortage occurs you must contact Classic Buicks within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment. Classic Buicks is unable to assist with a shortage claim after this period.
In the event an item is not in stock at the time an order is received, we will automatically back order the item and ship the order complete when that item is back in stock, unless otherwise instructed by you.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items such as carpet sets, convertible tops, boots, non-stocking parts and electrical items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
We warranty any new or rebuilt part for 90 days from date received against defects in workmanship and materials. Classic Buicks having no control over installation or use of the products it sells assumes no liability for labor charges; incidental or consequential damages caused from improper installation, abuse, or normal wear. Classic Buicks liability is limited to the replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion, of the defective product only.

All sales are subject to Classic Buicks Policies, Terms and Conditions. Placement of your order with Classic Buicks indicates that you have read & accept without exclusion all of our policies, terms and conditions.
